UK Domestic Shipping
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.
We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next-Day) or Complimentary Central London Hand-Delivery (scheduled via email once your piece is ready). Direct website checkout is available for all UK clients.
International Shipping
If you are located outside the UK, please email joafinejewelry@gmail.com to place your order. Shipping and hallmarking will be arranged according to the destination.
Made-to-Order & Returns Policy
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Commissions
Each piece at JOA Fine Jewelry is produced to order and hand-finished in London. Because these pieces are made to your specified size and material preferences, all made-to-order commissions are final sale and non-refundable. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction and confidence in your piece are incredibly important. In the rare event that your jewelry pieces arrives with an issue, please send an email to joafinejewelry@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with accompanying photographs.
Sizing Adjustment
I recommend ordering one size up for the larger rings. If your ring requires a minor size adjustment after delivery, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery to discuss modification options. Please note that resizing fees may apply based on material and workshop requirements.
